3. Odin

The Hulk's normal sparring partner is Thor, and Thor has occasionally bested the Hulk. But on the occasions that Thor has been a defiant son, Odin has usually shrugged off his son's tantrums like Thor was no more than an infant. Even when Odin seemed to die and Thor received the "Odin Force," he didn't seem to wield it as skillfully as his elder father did. The Hulk should count his blessings that it's the son and not the father who has an interest in Earth and an adventurous spirit. Odin seems to spend most of his time either dead, asleep (the "Odin sleep" is a long-term hibernation that can come on with the suddenness of narcolepsy), hiding out in disguise as a mortal or just chilling in his throne room. But when he moves, he moves, and the heavens themselves tremble.
