Why He's Awesome: M.O.D.O.K. is an acronym for Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing: how bada** is that? George Tarleton was transformed into a "living computer" by a mutagenic experiment, giving him a machine-like memory and level of intelligence to boot.

Over the years, M.O.D.O.K. has had memorable scraps with both Captain America and The Hulk. His powers include the ability to control other people, withstand enormous blasts, a suit that can fire lasers and missiles, and he also has an army of soldiers to help ensure his reign of terror. Oh, and he's notoriously hard to kill (at least permanently, anyway).

How Likely Is He?: He probably wouldn't exist in his current form in the MCU because, as a giant mutated head in a special hover-suit, he's too ridiculous. Don't count him out completely, though, considering that Captain America: The Winter Soldier had Arnim Zola transfer his consciousness into a freaking supercomputer, which is pretty damn silly, and people bought that just fine. M.O.D.O.K. would require an extraordinary amount of CGI, though, which is always a challenge. 4/10
