10. Amanda Waller's Complete Lack Of Surprise

There have been many times that Batman's ability to appear or disappear to the total surprise of everyone in the room has been used for suitably hilarious shenanigans - to the point it's practically his calling card.

But of these, the most unexpectedly choice putdown has to be in Batman #4, wherein one of Amanda Waller's military correspondents, Sam Lane, launches into a long spiel about how Batman had no chance of being able to sneak into the maximum security facility they're in, because it's a half a mile underground.

As if on cue, Waller remarks that the "damn Batman is behind you", without even looking up from her phone - as if to emphasise that merely saying the phrase "the Batman can't" is sure to ensure that the hero does just that.

Seeing Batman subtly put people down by doing just what they think he is incapable of is not exactly a rare thing in comics, but it's always equal parts brutal and hilarious.
