8. Bouncing Boy
Chuck Taine worked as a courier in Metropolis and his very first job was to carry an experimental elastic serum across town in an open flask! On the way stopped off to watch a sporting event and bought a soda at the stadium. Yes, you guessed it - he became so engrossed in the match that he took a swig from the elastic serum instead of the soda we've all been there... The serum gave Chuck the ability to inflate his body and bounce like a ball, hence the name Bouncing Boy.
