A Definitive Ranking of Harley Quinn's Best Costumes

Another of the default outfits for Harley that you could find when playing Injustice: Gods Among Us was the Regime look. 

Although not included in the comic book based on the game (the artists seem to be stuck on her original costume, probably because it shows a lot more skin), this brand new outfit let the developers. take the creative liberties with Harley that so many have, and with dazzling results.

Biker chic is in, as Harley demonstrates in her black and red leather jacket with matching low-ride pants. Beyond the rows of gold spikes on the front of the open jacket is Ms. Quinn's torn white crop top emblazoned with the Joker's smiling face. 

Exposing a good deal of her hips, the pants reveal a red thong. While that and the diamond tramp stamp tattoo on her back threaten to take this look from badass to trashy, the hair socks holding Harley's classic pigtails and the fact that the back of the jacket says "kiss this" with a downward-facing arrow redeem the costume.
