9. Supermen Return!
It was recently revealed that Brandon Routh, the actor who played Clark Kent in the 2006 film Superman Returns, will be playing the Man of Steel in the upcoming event.
Brandon Routh is no newcomer to the CW’s Arrowverse though, as he has been playing Ray Palmer AKA The Atom on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow since 2016. Brandon Routh will supposedly be undertaking the role of the Kingdom Come version of the Last Son Of Krypton.
It is still unknown if his inclusion in the crossover will confirm that the events Superman Returns, and subsequently, Christopher Reeve’s Superman films, take place somewhere in the Arrowverse.
Speaking of Superman, Tyler Hoechlin is set to reprise his role as the Arrowverse Superman. The CW version of Clark Kent was last seen in the Elseworlds crossover last year alongside Lois Lane, who will also be returning. I guess it can be said that Crisis on Infinite Earths is going to be...super!
