7. The Thing - Drew Powell
As a character that has taken on the Hulk numerous times, The Thing is one of Marvel's strongest characters, and his membership of many teams over the years, whether it be the Avengers or Guardians of the Galaxy, has made him one of the House of Ideas' biggest heroes - both physically and in terms of his status.
And while Michael Chiklis' performance as the hero was easily the best part of the early 2000s Fantastic Four movies, it is very unlikely that Marvel will bring him back for the MCU.
However, fellow Gotham star Drew Powell would be a brilliant choice to play the character. The actor has a voice suited to the role, and has a similar physical presence to Chiklis, making him a fantastic pick to portray the hero in this incarnation of the team.
