Teen Titans Revival: 10 Reasons It Will Be Better Than Titans

8. Fan Support

If the like/dislike ratio on the Titans SDCC trailer is anything to go on, overall support for the show does not seem to be very strong. Currently, the trailer has 76k dislikes to 62k likes, meaning that response has been mixed at best. And while some fans have expressed their support for this new take on the Titans, many others aren't nearly as optimistic.

In other words, even if this series does manage to exceed expectations, it's going to be fighting an uphill battle from start to finish.

Contrarily, a Teen Titans revival (in the form of a sixth season or otherwise) is something fans of the series have almost unanimously been demanding ever since the show was cancelled over a decade ago (especially since the cancellation came as a result of something as mundane as executive meddling).

Besides, as we'll see later, while the fifth season was rather conclusive, the finale definitely hinted at the fact that the story could continue. This has proven more than enough to keep fan intrigue for Teen Titans up all these years, whereas the Titans trailer has only succeeded in polarizing viewers.
