The New Mutants may lack star power, but audiences will definitely be familiar with Maisie Williams, who's been tearing things up on Game of Thrones for the better part of five years now.

The actor will play Wolfsbane, a Scottish mutant delivered at birth by Moira McTaggert (a CIA agent in Fox's films). In the comics, the character (Rahne Sinclair) is a mutant with the power to transform herself into a werewolf, and while lycanthropy might seem like an unoriginal power for an X-Man to have, she's become one of the most prominent members of the team in recent years, boasting appearances in plenty of titles and animated series alike.

While we don't get to see Sinclair transform in the trailer, it's almost certainly bound to happen at some point in the film. Perhaps more interesting is that Happy Anderson has an IMDB credit for a part as Reverend Craig, Rahne's father in the original comic.

It remains to be seen just how big a part Sinclair has in the film, but, if her father really is involved, then that surely points towards her having a massive role. Given Wolfsbane's cult status, X-Men fans won't be complaining, as will GOT fans, who now have two cast members from the show in the X-Universe.
