What Happened To Every MAJOR Character Who Joined The Suicide Squad?

10. Bronze Tiger

Although Bronze Tiger hasn't actually been a member of the Squad in current DC continuity, he was a pivotal member during its most iconic incarnation. Factor in his upcoming appearance in The Suicide Squad film, and there's more than enough merit in discussing his time with Task Force X.

Unlike most of the other figures on the Suicide Squad, Bronze Tiger didn't start out as a supervillain. In fact, he first emerged from the Kung Fu craze that gripped DC and Marvel during the early seventies, debuting alongside Richard Dragon in the character's first comic.

Dragon is one of DC's foremost fighters, and Tiger has been known to go toe-to-toe with him on occasion.

During his time on the Squad, Tiger actually operated as the team's leader. He cared for his teammates in a manner that contradicted the group's expendable premise, and eventually serves on enough missions that it makes him snap. Tiger leaves the group, only to return a few issues later. Later comics saw him appear in other clandestine organisations like Checkmate, while the New 52 repositioned the character as a member of the League of Assassins.
