The latest masterpiece from LAIKA, the animation studio behind the Academy Award ® nominated films Coraline, ParaNorman, and The Boxtrolls sees its home release this month, when Kubo and the Two Strings comes to Digital on 2nd January, 2017 and Blu-ray™, DVD and On Demand on 16th January, courtesy of Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. The Ultimate Laika Collection box-set will be released on the same date.
When a young boy accidentally summons an evil spirit seeking vengeance, he must set out on a thrilling quest to discover his family’s legacy. More used to mesmerising the people of his village with his gift for spinning fantastical tales, Kubo must now learn the mystery surrounding his fallen samurai father and realise his own magical powers.
