10 Best New Trailers You Need To See

Tomb Raider, Jumanji and more.

Trailers - virtually every film fan on the planet can't get enough of them. Some even buy a cinema ticket or tune into the Super Bowl just to catch the latest ones.

Effective teaser footage should ramp up the hype, set the scene and give the world an early look at the main actors in character, without spilling too many spoilers or secrets.

Trailers for blockbuster releases usually do this well, since they have plenty of explosions and action sequences to show off, while other films showcase their wares in a more nuanced, but often just as effective, way.

Some trailers are hyped almost as much as the movie itself. Take Avengers: Infinity War and Star Wars: The Last Jedi as two high-profile examples - the internet will lose its collective mind when it gets a good look at those two in action in the near future.

As Hollywood edges towards its winter season, dozens of new trailers are cropping up to tease 2017's end-of-year prospects as well as the movies that will be hitting theatres early next year, and some of them are shaping up to be tantilising prospects.

10. Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle has always had fun and games, and now it has a brand new trailer as well.

The latest footage from the sequel-reboot hybrid gives fans a more in-depth look at its video game aspects, wild set pieces and inter-character dynamics.

From the look of things, each avatar the players select in the Jumanji video game has unique strengths and weaknesses. Apart from Dwayne Johnson, who has no weaknesses. Obviously. Amusingly, cake is like Kryptonite to Kevin Hart, and fans get a look a what happens to him when he downs a mouthful.

Welcome to the Jungle's latest trailer is promising, full of lighthearted humour, action and Guns N' Roses. The movie will be released in cinemas on 20 December this year.
