9. Cruella De Vil vs. Ursula
This I could actually imagine being one of those direct-to-DVD Disney sequels that inevitably get made every couple years. Cruella De Vil is up to her old tricks again, only this time she wants to branch out into rarer commodities -- dolphin skins. She thinks there's a market for them, and she just loves the way they feel on her skin. Ursula, being the purveyor of everything evil under the sea, is more than willing to help Cruella give those smug little dolphins what's coming to them. But then Cruella sets her sights on Ursula's beloved sidekicks, Flotsam and Jetsam, and the game changes. Can Ursula stomach the idea of asking Triton for help, or is she going to handle this one solo, the old-fashioned way? A fight for the ages.
Who Would Win: Ursula by a country mile. She has access to magic and has the intellectual capacity to strategize -- Cruella, on the other hand, relies on two imbecilic petty criminals to do all her dirty work. Also, she can't breathe underwater, so she's at a natural disadvantage.
