9. Halle Berry
I know it's easy to jump on Halle for Catwoman and rightfully so, it is a truly awful film, but the problems have been there ever since she won the Oscar for Monster's Ball. Gothika and Frankie and Alice were good and she performed well in them, but sadly they are the high points amongst what is otherwise a mix of mediocrity and the just plain bad. A virtually pointless role in the X-Men series and Die Another Day might be fine for others, but for someone who was once heralded as the best actress in the world, she should be doing more than voicing a character in Robots. Movie 43 was of course another terrible choice on Halle's part, but I can't criticise her too heavily seeing as how half of the Hollywood A-list seemed to forget that they actually had careers when they agreed to be in it.
