10 Genuine On-Screen Acting Injuries You Probably Missed

1. Idiot Stormtrooper

Arguably the most famous scene in any of theStar Wars films - which is both impressive and probably massively annoying for George Lucas - this stormtrooper extra has gone down in movie history as one of the worst Extras ever to grace any production. Obviously robbed of his full field of vision by the stifling helmet, the Extra's enthusiasm to make an impact in his big scene resulted in him notoriously crashing to the ascending door, which was comically caught on camera, and even more humorously retained for the final print, with an additional sound effect added to the remastered editions, suggesting that perhaps George Lucas actually does have a sense of humour. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBQaLuqwtl8 The day the internet discovers who the stormtrooper actually was will be the day we can finally say that someone won, but until then, all we can do is bask in the idiocy, and the probable pain of a man walking squarely into a door.
