10. Deborah - Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday
With a title like that, audiences can only hope that the kills in this film will be epic. One for the history books, as they say. Jason certainly delivers with camper Deborahs kill. While having sex with fellow camper, Luke, Deborah enjoys the ride on top until a shadowy figure appears through the tent behind her. Almost instantaneously, a barbed wire clad rail spike slashes through both the canvas tent and Deborah herself, leaving her naked chest in two pieces, hanging on either side of her hips drearily due to the effects of gravity. Luke, having witnessed the entire ordeal, spends the next fifteen seconds of his life screaming, covered in Debs blood, and nursing one hell of a case of blue balls. This kill made it to the list because it personifies one of the few reasons why people are slaughtered mercilessly in horror movies. It is said that original slasher flicks were created to scare teenagers off of premarital sex, recreational drug usage, and a general dissolution of social norms. Deborah and Lukes unabashed portrayal of premarital sex feeds the paradigm of horror films, so they had to go. And Jason has a hard limit against people having sex instead of keeping an eye out. I would say being cut in half by an otherwise blunt object is a pretty punishing way to bite the dust.
