10 Inspiring Documentaries Available For Free On Youtube

Youtube and Chill, anyone?

In today€™s day and age, there are plenty of ways to watch documentaries, most of which are completely legitimate. From streaming sites such as Netflix and Hulu to iTunes, it€™s never been simpler to access these films from the comfort of your own home. It€™s not only easy, it€™s affordable, and providing you own literally any piece of tech from the last ten years (including a Kindle), it€™s definitely accessible. But, maybe your bills were a little higher than usual this month, or you had to splash the cash on all your ungrateful nephews and nieces this Christmas. Is that your fault? Should your viewing habits suffer because the bank€™s run dry? I say, no way. There€™s a whole host of content out there on the net right now, freely available with no subscription costs or payments of any kind required. No, this isn't a list of €œ10 documentaries available on the Piratebay€ (though I can see why you might be thinking that). In fact, the answer to your viewing needs is actually far less nefarious than video piracy. I'm actually referring to Youtube - which does have a paid film streaming service that offers a variety of films at a reasonable cost, but who cares about that when you can watch free stuff! Whether it€™s because the distributors haven€™t found them yet or they€™re just being dilatory with their takedown notices, there€™s a wealth of documentary film just waiting to be discovered on everyone€™s favourite streaming site while you wait for payday...
