Fancy a peak ahead to see what 2015 at the movies has in store? Go on, you know you want to...

It's that time of the year when the blockbusters are starting to dry up - we've had new X-Men, Captain America and the first installment of Guardians of the Galaxy to satiate our appetite for comic book adaptations - all of which have been far more impressive than perhaps we were expecting (low expectations often yield more promising results) - and a few more pleasant surprises besides, not least Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. While we still have a few more big releases to look forward to this year - Interstellar, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 and the final Hobbit installment will certainly draw in the crowds - 2015 is where a lot of eyes are now turning for the next epic blockbuster fix. Whether it's more comic book fun with Ant-Man and the reboot of Fantastic Four, the return of favourite franchises from Jurassic World to Terminator: Genisys or even a touch of titillation with 50 Shades of Grey, we're eager to get the latest scoop on what to expect this coming year. Fortunately we decided to save you the trouble and do some digging on your behalf. if you're afraid of spoilers then look no further - otherwise, let's get stuck in and check out what the hottest movies of 2015 have in store for us.

10. Meet The Doombots - Fantastic Four

The Fantastic Four haven't exactly had the best time of it when it comes to big screen adaptations - the previous effort, released in 2005 and starring Jessica Alba and Chris Evans might have been a success at the box office but it's hardly gone down in memory as a great example of comic book adaptations. Hopes are high that Chronicle director Josh Trank will up the ante with the upcoming 2015 reboot. Despite some reservations about the casting - for starters, Jamie Bell seems like an odd choice to play Ben Grimm/The Thing - and with some fans a little apprehensive that the comic book will be handled properly this time around, one familiar aspect looks like it will be making an appearance - the Doombots. A recent report on Nerdist indicates that the Doombots will be on screen in full force. There's a little confusion as to exactly how Dr. Doom (played by Toby Kebbell) will control them, with rumours suggesting that he'll be using telekinesis - this may be mixing things up with his technopathic ability in which he can control machinery, which would make more sense in terms of adhering to comic book lore. Either way, chances are it'll be an improvement over its decidedly average predecessor. At least, we hope so.
