Thinking about the sheer size of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is enough to get anyone flustered. What started with Iron Man back in 2008 has since expanded into the most profitable movie franchise of all-time, with the 11 movies in the canon grossing a combined total of almost $3 billion. You really can't argue with those kinds of figures. Over the last 7 years, audiences have been treated to a whole variety of superhero movie pictures - bonafide classics (Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy), genuine curiosities (Iron Man 3, Avengers: Age of Ultron,) and some notable misfires (The Incredible Hulk, Thor 2: The Dark World). But for the most part the franchise has remained fairly consistent; you know what you're getting with a MCU movie, and it's usually good. But that doesn't mean that audiences shouldn't be somewhat worried about the next 10 movies scheduled for release over the course of the next 10 years. Despite the fact that Marvel have managed to keep a cool head thus far, there are a few concerns with regards to each and every one scheduled for the rest of phase two and the upcoming phase three.
