10 Strange Plot Holes From Famous Movies (That Rarely Get Mentioned)

9. How Did The T-Rex Sneak Up On The Raptors? - Jurassic Park

002 At the end of Jurassic Park, velociraptors are about to eat everyone when suddenly a T-Rex shows up and saves the day. The weird part about this is that earlier in the film, the presence of the T-Rex had always been announced by the ground shaking due to its size. At the end, though, not only does the T-Rex not make a sound, but is also is able to get inside the lobby without making any giant holes in the wall and it somehow manages to not get seen by the raptors that should be looking right at it. While not the only plot hole in Jurassic Park (why don't the doors lock manually?), it is one of the most prominent as it occurs right at the film's climax.

I love movies, literature, history, music and the NBA. I love all things nerdy including but not limited to Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, and Firefly. My artistic idols are Dylan, Dostoevsky, and Malick and my goal in life is to become like Bernard Black from Black Books. When I die, I hope to turn into the space baby from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
