10 Things Nobody Wants To See In Indiana Jones 5

10. Shia LaBeouf

Let's kick things off with arguably the most vocal complaint about Kingdom of the Crystal Skull: Shia LaBeouf's performance as Indy's illegitimate son Mutt Williams. While LaBeouf isn't entirely to blame as most fans simply didn't care for the character and much of that is due to the script, it's fair to say that the majority of the fanbase would prefer that he be quietly forgotten about or pawned off with one line of dialogue.

In fairness, LaBeouf himself vocally bad-mouthed both his performance and the movie itself post-release, and let's face it, there's only so much you can do with a script that asks you to swing from vines like Tarzan with a bunch of CGI monkeys. Still, he was more annoying than charming, and failed to match the riotous father-son chemistry between Indy and Henry Jones Sr. that the film so desperately tried to replicate.

How Likely Is It?: The fact that LaBeouf ragged on the movie and invoked the ire of both Steven Spielberg and Harrison Ford makes it tremendously unlikely that he would return. Plus, the actor seems much more committed to art-house fare and his various bizarre social experiments, so it's hard to imagine him being up for another go-around.

On the other hand, Mutt could certainly be recast, but considering the fan ire for the character, it's massively unlikely. 3/10
