10 Things You Didn't Know About Amanda Seyfried

5. She's Really Into Taxidermy

Yeah, so, she might be slight and pretty and a Hollywood superstar, but that doesn't mean Amanda Seyfried isn't into her own weird sh*t. That's to say, the actress has a taxidermy collection - you know, those dead stuffed animals that a few odd people like for some reason (Norman Bates included). Here's what Seyfried had to say on the matter during an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show back in 2012:
"When taxidermy is done well it's an amazing piece of art. I love animals and they're very easy to look after when they're dead. I recently decided I was going to start building a parliament of owls because I only have one. But I have a horse, a miniature horse, it's a baby; I bought him in Paris. He was sitting with every kind of animal you can possibly imagine, giraffes, zebras, scorpions, and they were all sitting in this incredible installation and that's when I decided that this was going to be a life long hobby."
Who knows how big her collection must be now? Especially given that Conan O'Brien gave her a stuffed racoon wearing a jetpack when she appeared on his show a few years back. Yes, you just read that sentence.
