14 Terrible Recent Movies Destined To Become Cult Classics

7. Unforgettable

Why It's Terrible: A glorified TV movie you'd expect to see on the Lifetime channel, Unforgettable is a thoroughly generic "b**** be crazy" movie, starring Katherine Heigl as a mentally ill woman who goes all kindsa nuts on her ex-husband's new wife, played by Rosario Dawson.

From the hilariously tasteful sex scenes to the gore-free violence, this is a fatally inoffensive movie that wants to act like it's above its trashy plot, and is all the more awful as a result.

Why It'll Be A Cult Classic: Well, the title isn't wrong. This film is hard to forget for a number of reasons, be it Heigl's riotous performance as a vengeful ice queen, the laughable soap opera drama, horrendously cringe-worthy dialogue, or bonkers finale that basically sets up a sequel nobody asked for.

Grab a few drinks and settle down for an "erotic" thriller that's low on actual sex, suspense or palpable drama, but jam-packed with accidental hilarity, so much in fact that you might even voluntarily return for a second viewing.
