15 Actors Who Desperately Need A Hit
8. Kristen Stewart
Kristen Stewart has had a fascinating career so far, starting off in discerning indie and art-house fare as a youngster before landing the iconic Twilight lead that was pure box office dynamite.
When the franchise finally wrapped up in 2012, Stewart returned to her less-mainstream work for the most part, and has had only one box office hit since: 2014's Still Alice, which was a hit more for Julianne Moore's widely-acclaimed (and eventually Oscar-winning) work than anything else.
In fairness to her, she's probably made enough money from the Twilight movies alone that she can freely pick her own projects for the rest of the career, which is a fantastic position to be in.
That said, it's always good for PR to land a box office hit every now and then to prove your worth to investors and studios, so fingers crossed that her appearance in Ang Lee's upcoming, long-anticipated Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk fits the bill.
