15 Movie Moments That Pissed Off Fans Most In 2017

14. Nobody Cares About Han - The Fate Of The Furious

As ludicrously entertaining as the eighth Fast and the Furious movie was, would it kill the filmmakers to actually remember that Han (Sung Kang) was supposed to be a beloved member of the Toretto "family"?

The fact that he was murdered in cold blood by Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) is conveniently forgotten in the latest movie, when Shaw reluctantly joins the team, and the only member to really bristle up against him is Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson), who didn't even know Han in the first place.

The fact that Dom (Vin Diesel), Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) and the other long-standing members closest to Han are so willing to work with Shaw virtually protest-free just wreaks of lazy writing.

Clearly they just wanted to move the plot forward without focusing on the hand-wringing too much, and it is a Fast and Furious movie after all, but considering how pivotal Han's death was in the franchise, it seems pretty unfair to be so dismissive about it.
