19. John Matuszak - Caveman
John Matuszak was a former NFL star who landed the iconic role of Lotney "Sloth" Fratelli in The Goonies. He had very few other movie roles prior to his premature death in 1989, but one of those was in 1981's Caveman before The Goonies.
He played Tonda - the leader of a tribe and, frankly, a big bully - in the movie and was unrecognisable from his role as Sloth due to his distinct lack of make-up and prosthetics.
