20 People You Didn't Know Were In A Harry Potter Film

henry lenny] It€™s hard to believe that it€™s now been two years since the Harry Potter film franchise concluded with the release of its eighth and final entry. The series was notable for being populated by a wealth of British acting talents, ranging from newcomers such as the leading trio of Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson to renowned thespians such as Alan Rickman, Maggie Smith and Gary Oldman. Even minor but memorable roles were predominantly filled by actors who were well-known at the time of casting or became known soon after, including the likes of David Tennant, Peter Mullan, Julie Christie, Toby Jones and Robert Pattinson. Other miniscule roles involving just a few lines or seconds of screen time were more forgettable, though even they at times were filled by individuals known for their work on other film or television productions. Twenty such people with blink-and-you€™ll-miss-them appearances are subsequently profiled on this list in no particular order, as the franchise they were a small part of continues to enjoy enduring popularity through the likes of Pottermore and the WB Studio Tour, amongst other things. In a footnote plug, if you enjoy the concept of this article, be sure to pay a visit to a similar piece I wrote on minor appearances by well-known individuals in the James Bond series.

20. Henry Lloyd-Hughes

henry The name may not be familiar, but any of the millions of Inbetweeners fans will instantly recognise the above image of Henry Lloyd-Hughes in the role of Mark Donovan, the regular tormentor of lead character Will McKenzie and his friends. In Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Lloyd-Hughes plays the role of Roger Davies, a student who accompanies Fleur Delacour (Clemence Poesy) to the Yule Ball. In the books, the character of Roger also appeared as the captain of the Ravenclaw Quidditch team and as a love interest of Cho Chang, but Lloyd-Hughes€™ brief appearance was the only time that the character was seen on screen.
