When Tony Stark takes his Iron Man Mk. 2 suit out for a test flight, he attempts to see if it can break the altitude record of 85,000 feet set by the SR-71 Blackbird.

Though the Blackbird is indeed a real-life recon aircraft, it has also been used as the X-Men's primary mode of transportation for over four decades, and while simply referred to as the Blackbird, was heavily based on the design and utility of the SR-71.

While it would be a leap to state this as explicit proof that the X-Men exist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it is nevertheless a neatly subtle way to pay tribute to the iconic superheroes currently owned by Fox.
