27 Young Actors Destined To Dominate Hollywood In The Next Decade

26. Ben Hardy

BBC

Known for: EastEnders, X-Men: Apocalypse

Ben Hardy first appeared on our TV screens as the sixth actor to portray Peter Beale in long-running BBC soap-opera EastEnders. While he had some major storylines, the bright lights of Hollywood soon called him and, when he left the show, he landed the role of Archangel in superhero movie X-Men: Apocalypse.

Appearing in such a major movie allowed him to show off his skills to a much wider audience and as a result, he soon obtained more film roles rather quickly, appearing in Mary Shelley and Only The Brave. However, his role as Queen drummer Roger Taylor in the upcoming Freddie Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody could be a major breakthrough for the actor.

Hardy's ascension through the ranks of Hollywood has been astonishingly quick, but with another huge role in such a heavily-anticipated film, things could move even faster for him in the future.
