1. Christoph Waltz
In his Oscar winning role as Hans Lander in Quentin Tarantino’s Inglorious Basterds, Waltz is scary, funny, charismatic, and offbeat. All these qualities would make his portryal of Norman and the Goblin insanely watchable and multi-layered. Waltz was rumoured to be making a cameo as Norman in The Amazing Spider-Man but of course he doesn’t appear. While it was probably only a rumour, it’s probably sparked interest in the powers that be. While Waltz may not to be typecast as the villain, I think he’d provide a truly unique and funny take on the character.

What about Jason Issacs, Gary Sinise, or John C. McGinley?
Yes. Jason Issacs does have the look for it, as does Gary Sinise. I think I didn’t put Issacs because I didn’t want to steal other peoples’s suggestions.
Really, Alec Baldwin? No.
The green goblin will be Michael masse
I think Rhys Ifans said that wasn’t Norman Osborn in the cell with him at the end. I wonder if he knows that for sure or if he’s just pretending that’s it not Norman. I guess we’ll find out when they start casting for the film.
What about Viggo Mortensen?
Willem Dafoe will forever be Norman and The Goblin, but I’ve also seen Kevin Spacey to be a worthy successor to Dafoe’s legacy.
But Michael Massee already plays Osborn/ The Man in The Shadows
i think tobey maguire would be perfect.
The guy in prison was Sundown. Not Osborn. Sundown can transport wherever he wants. Sundown will be the new villian in the next movie.
Electro has been confirmed as the villain in the next movie, and will be played by Jamie Foxx
jack nicoson should do it.
As for Norman Osborn, i’ve always narrowed it down to 2 choices: Tim Roth being my top candidate and Sean Bean not far behind. Both actors have an outstanding rep and are known to play admirable maniatic antagonists. As for Harry, I’d say Jamie Bell, Rob Pattinson, or Anton Yelchin. And for JJ, I can’t see anyone replacing J.K. Simmons, but in terms of looks, Sam Elliot is the closest thing.
Sean Bean would be a great choice, I would definitely like to see him as Norman. Rob Pattinson gets criticised a lot because he was in Twilight but watching his movies, I would be happy if he took the role of Harry Osborn, he has a look about him that I would say he could perfectly fit the role and not and he has really improved as an actor. I hope they choose wisely when picking an actor because it is going to be extremely tough getting someone who could match or even better Willem Dafoe’s performance as Norman (The Green Goblin). I also hope The Goblin costume will have a similar look to the old ASM comics. I would love Quentin Beck (Mysterio) to make an appearence in the movies or Adrian Toomes (Vulture) or even Mac Gargan (Scorpion).
Out off all of theses choices I would think Daniel Creig would show promise, but I personally think the #1 choice is Kevin Spacey.
