Deborah Ann Woll, best known for her work as Jessica on True Blood, has really evolved as an actress since she first graced the HBO show in 2008. After she first showed up as the timid 'baby vampire', she quickly became a tough bitch, showing that she can not only play multiple kinds of characters, but play them all very well. Shes had to work with a lot of better-known actors too, and has been able to hold her own without seeming too desperate or out of her league. Getting into a mainstream superhero franchise would really put her on the road to success, and give her career the boost it will need when True Blood is over. She hasnt had a lot of roles besides the starring one on True Blood, but her victories as a television star is probably exactly what casting wants for The Amazing Spider-Man series someone not too well known, yet, but with an obviously prosperous career ahead of them. As for seeing her as Mary Jane, Deborah definitely has the "supermodel" look down pat; tall, extremely fair skin, overall gorgeous. Especially with the right kind of sexy-yet-sophisticated styling, Deborah is definitely one of the more glamorous options to play MJ.
