9 Major Movie Stars Who've Died Onscreen In Really Disgusting Ways

Bruce Willis doesn't have a hell of a lot to do in Robert Rodriguez's ode to trashy b-movies, but he makes the time count. He plays the mysterious leader of a group of soldiers who are trying to recover a gas that turns people into festering, decayed flesh eaters.

The story eventually reveals he and his men need the gas to survive, since they got a dose of it following their assassination of Osama Bin Laden; which is another story in itself. Unfortunately for him his supply run out, and he morphs into a bulging mass of rotting flesh and tumours in front of the heroes.

It doesn't make for a pleasant visual, but the heroes are kind enough to put him out of his misery following his mutation. Willis doesn't die all that often onscreen, but when he does - think Armageddon or Looper - he makes it count; and in Planet Terror, he earns his most disgusting demise to date.
