Arnold Schwarzenegger: Every Movie Ranked From Worst To Best

A look back at the career of one of Hollywood's biggest icons.

Is there a better living embodiment of the American Dream than Arnold Schwarzenegger? Emigrating to the country at the age of 21, the Austrian went on to become the most legendary bodybuilder in history, set his sights on Hollywood and became one of the biggest movie stars on the planet and also spent over seven years presiding over one of the world's largest economies during his spell as the 38th Governor of California, before returning to Hollywood at the turn of the decade. Along with these accomplishments, the Austrian Oak is also a hugely successful entrepreneur and investor, activist, humanitarian and best-selling author, with a net worth rumored to be at least $300m. One of the most unique and interesting life stories you can possibly find, Schwarzenegger has certainly done well for someone that was born in an Austrian village of just over 2000 people. With the upcoming Terminator Genisys marking the actor's return to his signature role after a dozen years, now seems like a good time to look back at the Governator's career so far, ranking every single one of his major movies from worst to best. It should be noted that this list onlycovers movies where Schwarzenegger appears in more than one scene, so his brief cameos in The Long Goodbye, Scavenger Hunt, Dave, The Rundown, Around the World in 80 Days and The Expendables, along with his uncredited voice role in Dr. Dolittle 2, are not under consideration. So read on, and see if you agree with the ranking of the action icon's filmography.

I don't do social media, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance or the authorities will be notified. Don't snap me though, I'll probably break. I was once labelled a misogynist on this very site in a twenty paragraph-long rant for daring to speak ill of the Twilight franchise. I stand by what I said, it's crap.
