There's a while yet, then.

The title of Avengers 4 continues to be a huge mystery for MCU fans, and it isn't likely to be solved anytime soon.

It had been assumed that the title would be revealed after the Infinity War hype had died down, since it was said to be a spoiler for that movie, but now we're a couple of months on and there's still no sign of it, despite plenty of rumours and theories. Speaking to Collider, Kevin Feige elaborated on when we can expect to learn just what the movie is called:

"That’ll be after the Captain Marvel teaser probably, announcing that title. It’ll be towards the end of the year with however we launch that film.”

Feige recently revealed that the Captain Marvel trailer is still a few months out, so we're looking at a November/December unveiling for the Avengers 4 title. That would likely mean it comes with the first teaser trailer for the movie, and give it the same marketing window as Infinity War, for which the first trailer dropped at the end of November last year. For now, we'll all just have to keep speculating.
