Not content with the idea of taking a break after Avengers 4, Kevin Feige has even more grand plans for what comes after. Stunningly Feige reveals int the piece that the studio has a lot of new projects in the pipeline. Like A LOT:

“22 movies in, and we’ve got another 20 movies on the docket that are completely different from anything that’s come before—intentionally."

That's a lot of movies, but really, that's not even 10 years of film-making, if Marvel persist with their 3 movies a year approach. So we can probably expect even more than 20 really.

Detail on which movies will fit in there remains tight - inevitably - but we know about Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 and Spider-Man 2 already, and other sequels will inevitably happen. But beyond that and the vague promise of difference, the only hint is a shared allusion by Bob Iger and James Gunn suggesting that James Gunn is working in close collaboration to possibly spin off some characters from the Guardians of the Galaxy series.

Notably, there's no mention in the piece of Phases at all - almost like the term has been purposefully wiped out. And knowing what we do about Feige's desire for a different approach to format, that might make a lot of sense.
