6. Ultron's Creation

Just like toy packaging lifted the lid on how Whedon had gone about bringing The Vision to life, the story behind the creation of Ultron has already been revealed to fans. This has to be frustrating, and while it's not a major spoiler as such, it does take away a lot of the mystery surrounding this new take on Ultron who is created by Tony Stark rather than Hank Pym. So, what's the big secret? This Ultron starts life off as a computer programme which is alien in origin and discovered following the Chitauri attack on New York. Iron Man's experiments on it result in Ultron gaining sentience, and like his comic book counterpart, his goals are to then upgrade himself with an unstoppable form and completely rid the Earth of humanity.
