Batman Vs. Superman: 3 Reasons We Needed A Wonder Woman Movie Instead

Wonder Woman What to say about the upcoming Batman Vs. Superman movie that hasn't been said already? Personally, I am genuinely interested in seeing how big the 'versus' part of the film will work in a live-film adaptation, and also to see how our new Batman fares and the reaction he will receive. Will Ben Affleck be hated by all, or will he gain a set of loyal fans similar to Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man? How will he fare in the pantheon of Bruce Waynes so far? There's a lot to consider in the build-up to release. Production for the movie has already begun, of course, so the chances of it not happening are close to zero, barring some incredible derailment. There is even talk of a Wonder Woman cameo. But one must ask: what is the point of this movie? Like, really? We should all know the answer to that question, though - it's all about money and creating a "sequel" to Man Of Steel. Has there ever been a sequel that factored in a new character (let alone a protagonist) big enough to overshadow the character who is supposed to be the main focus? But then, with the "failure" of Man of Steel and the perceived need to replicate The Avengers' success, it makes financial sense for Warner Bros. to make this thing. However, Warner Bros. are definitely going about everything in the wrong way. I get that they don't want to copy Marvel's formula for establishing a universe and really, they don't need to, because there are other options out there. Ones with magical bracelets and royal blood, for instance...
