6. Captain America

When has the titular hero in a comic book movie ever died? The answer is "never" and that's not going to change in Captain America: Civil War. Chris Evans is contracted for six movies and has done four so far (his Thor: The Dark World cameo doesn't count) and Civil War will only be his fifth. He may not appear until the second half of the Avengers: Infinity War double bill, but he will definitely be a big part of it. It isn't yet known whether or not Cap's anti-legislation team will win the battle against Iron Man's pro-legislation team, but the man himself will definitely survive the conflict - and that's in spite of the character dying in the aftermath of the comic book version of Civil War. Cap will undoubtedly face-off against Thanos at some point in the Infinity War movies - in fact that's probably how he will actually perish (hopefully in the epic fashion he did in the Infinity Gauntlet comic book arc, when he was the last man standing against the godly Thanos, but still dared to stand up to him).
