2. Vision

Paul Bettany first portrayed Vision in 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron, having previously been the voice of J.A.R.V.I.S. since 2008 in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Vision is a walking, talking McGuffin and will surely become extremely important in the grand scheme of the MCU for years to come - therefore, there's absolutely no chance that he will die during the events of Captain America: Civil War. He is part of team Iron Man and will, therefore, be fighting on the pro-legislation side against Captain America's team. Possessing the Mind Stone - an Infinity Stone embedded in his forehead - he will undoubtedly be targeted by Thanos during the Infinity War movies and will certainly be around at least until then as a result. Not only that, but there's really nobody participating in the Civil War who is anywhere near powerful enough to be capable of killing him, so it's hard to see how he could possibly be killed in the movie regardless of his future importance.
