9. Killer Croc

Why Is It Likely? Task Force X has a couple of expendable members, but Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje's Killer Croc might just top the lot.
So when Suicide Squad 2 does eventually roll around, Mel Gibson onboard or not, he'll be one of the prime candidates for death.
Harley and Deadshot aren't going anywhere, their popularity and the popularity of their actors all-but assuring their safety, Captain Boomerang was one of the first movie's stronger points, and Katana was at least given a hint of backstory (and a pretty funky sword) that could be explored in sequels.
And that leaves Croc. Nobody really loved or hated the character in Suicide Squad, and that's arguably worse than not inciting a strong feeling one way or the other; he made absolutely no impact.
His loss wouldn't be lamented, and he's an easy target should the studio and director decide to kill somebody off, a precedent they set with Diablo's death in the original movie.
