10. Deadpool Commits "Suicide"

The movie begins as it means to go on, opening with a croc-wearing Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) playing with a makeshift Logan toy - featuring him impaled on a rock - before he mournfully turns his oven to high, smokes himself silly and parks himself on a collection of gasoline barrels in the middle of his apartment.

Wade then drops his cigarette, igniting the barrels and catapulting his various exploded body parts - including a middle-finger-waving hand - into the air. His voiceover hilariously declares, "F*** Wolverine! First he rides my coattails with the R-rating, then the motherf***er ups the ante by dying! What a dick."

As his severed head flies towards the screen, he ends with, "Well guess what, Wolverine? I'm dying in this one too." It's a hell of a way to kick the sequel off, literally flipping the bird to his R-rated brethren even if, unlike Logan, his death(s) sure ain't permanent.
