Variety are informing us it will be the disaster movie, which will include big summer blockbusters like
Independence Day,
Armageddon,
The Day After Tomorrow,
The Transformers and even
The Bourne Ultimatum. The movie titled
Armageddagain: The Day Before Tomorrow is being set-up by director
Robert Moniot for Screen Gems with Sandbox Entertainment, Big Picture Entertainment and Hollywood Media Bridge all on board to produce. Well I would much rather watch a spoof of disaster movies than that of chick flick rom-coms or dance movies but still I wouldn't expect much quality here. It's going to be cheap joke after cheap joke and probably nothing we haven't seen before. It's got an awful title, which may put off the average joe who might get confused for what it's about, in seeing it. Surely calling it
Disaster Movie would have worked better?
