In October 1923 two brothers, Walt and Roy Disney, birthed The Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio. This was the company that would then go on to produce the most famous animated movies the world would ever see. They would operate under a few different names such as Walt Disney Productions and The Walt Disney Studio before settling on The Walt Disney Company way later in 1986.
The 1920's comprised of the era of silent short movies including Alice's Wonderland in 1924 and the creation of their first original character Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. 1934 came around and that was when Disney took the big leap and brought out their first animated feature length film with Snow White And The Seven Dwarves. It was not easy and took three years to complete and release. Fortunately it was a stroke of genius as by 1939 it was the highest grossing movie of that time.
This paved the way for many of the famous Disney animated movies that are known and loved by many. But how well do you know the characters and can you match them to the correct movie?
