Eddie Murphy does multiple roles again for Fantasy Island

54832.jpgEddie Murphy is attached to star in the big screen adaptation of Fantasy Island for Columbia Pictures says The Hollywood Reporter. Like most movies in his recent career, Murphy will once again flex his ego by playing multiple roles (does he get paid double for doing that?) but this time there won't be a fat suit in site. Thank god! The family friendly film will be based on the 1978-1984 t.v. show of the same name that starred Richard Montalban and revolved around a unique resort island where visitors dreams could come true and they could literally live out any fantasy they could think of. That's just about all we have on the flick those far. It's been a very, very, very long time since an Eddie Murphy project excited me and I don't think this one will break the mould.
