Emma Watson sick of Harry Potter?

e.jpgNow, I never report on rumours because 90% of the time they turn out to be false, however sometimes I can see the good in them as they may spark healthy filmic discussion. So basically this is a call to arms for you dear readers.... Do you want me to report rumors on this site, if they are clearly labeled as such? Simple YES or NO, please vote on the right hand side and/or leave your comments below.... The big rumor today is that Harry Potter actress Emma Watson is sick of the franchise and won't be appearing in the sixth or seventh installment of the series as Hermione Grainger. Reports indicate that she no longer speaks to either Daniel Radcliffe or Rupert Grint, her co-stars in the movie and the offer of $2 million on the table, won't even be enough for her to return if Warner Brothers doubled it! The reason she doesn't want to return is simple. She is worried about being typecast for life and is sick of walking round with the stigma of being labeled "that girl from Harry Potter", at least so says the British Tabloid... The News of the World. Warner Brothers are quick to debunk the news, by saying that they are "extremely confident that Emma will be back for films six and seven". The whole thing seems to have come about because of the fact she hasn't signed her contract for further movies, when her co-stars have. I'm not into the whole Potter universe, but I can see she is clearly a pivotal character for the series. The question surely must be is she an expendable actress or do you think her absence will hurt the future movies? Another rumor, which I actually think could possibly be true, is that the title of the new Indiana Jones movie is..... Indiana Jones: the City of the Gods. Sounds pretty neat, but it's far from confirmed and remember to vote in our poll if you want this type of news posted in the future! source - dark horizons, digital spy, cbbc newsround
