Every 2017 Comic Book Movie Ranked Worst To Best

15. DC Super Hero Girls: Intergalactic Games

2017 Comic Book Movies
Warner Bros Animation

As well as the LEGO tie-in movie, DC Super Hero Girls also got a more traditional animation to double down on Warner Bros and DC's attempts to cater for the relatively unserved young female demographic.

Again, it's aimed squarely at that demographic with a humorous and considerably lighter take on the characters than you'll find in the comics (or in the live action movies, which don't really lend themselves to young audiences, obviously). If that's all you're looking for, it's a fine way to spend a little time, and it's at least a rare experience to see DC characters with a more self-conscious high-school spirit.

There's just about enough fan-service in there to appease the older audience members who might not have chosen to watch it (including seeing Gorilla Grodd as a teacher), but it's still pretty lightweight.
