Given that this is written by JK Rowling and will be scrutinised by every very knowledgable Harry Potter fan in the world, it's slightly weird to see something as potentially problematic as Ministry officials apparating into Hogwarts grounds in almost the first scene of the trailer.
We know that there is a restriction on Apparating within the grounds in Harry Potter, which was presumably brought in as a means to protect from threats. And while you could say that it was brought in later, why would the school not be hyper-vigilant about its defences with a Dark Wizard of Grindelwald's prowess active (and escaped from Ministry custody by the time they visit Hogwarts since Newt has already been sent to Paris)? Especially when Dumbledore is BOUND to be a target for the villain...
And while some might say it might be an exception for Ministry employees, that would be idiotic since Grindelwald literally infiltrated the Ministry in the last movie pretty easily (and has LOTS of followers all over). Allowing apparation into the school at all at this point is just careless.
At the very least, this needs to be explained very clearly in the movie.
