Fantastic Four: 10 Moments From The Comics It Will Feature

Expect to see these big comic book moments in Josh Trank's Fantastic Four.

For a very long time, Chronicle director Josh Trank's Fantastic Four reboot was a mystery. Starring Miles Teller (Mr. Fantastic), Kate Mara (The Invisible Woman), Michael B. Jordan (The Human Torch), and Jamie Bell (The Thing) with a script from X-Men: Days Of Future Past writer Simon Kinberg, there was really no reason to doubt its potential. That wasn't how comic book fans felt though, and despite there not being a single official image from the movie online, it was written off as being a terrible movie. This opinion probably wasn't helped by the vague and strange sounding details that the reboot's cast kept dropping in interviews, and 20th Century Fox's decision to keep the movie under wraps appeared to be backfiring on them. That changed when the trailer dropped. The first look at the reboot blew fans away; it just looked so much better than expected. And although the footage revealed some key differences to the source material it was actually pretty clear that there are a lot of elements from the comics fans will end up seeing in Josh Trank's take on Marvel's foursome. Some were obvious and others were perhaps only implied (in fact, there's a very good chance you will have missed a lot of these), but it would be a huge shock if the following moments don't end up finding their way into the Fantastic Four this August.
