Fantastic Four Reboot: 5 Ways To Make Sure It Doesn't Suck

fantastic-four The Fantastic Four film franchise is undergoing a reboot that will see a fresh attempt at putting the heroic quarter on the big screen. 20th Century Fox's film is tentatively due for a release in March of 2015 and early word is it could share continuity with the X-Men series of films, opening up the possibility of crossover movies. Sadly, previous attempts at Fantastic Four movies sucked big time, so comic book and comic book movie fans are understandably apprehensive about whether or not a reboot should even be attempted. However, if Fox are intent on giving it another shot, they simply must avoid making the same mistakes as the previous lame efforts. With that in mind, here are five ways to make sure a Fantastic Four reboot doesn't suck...

5. Get Doctor Doom Right

Doom The previous Fantastic Four movies turned arguably the greatest comic book villain of all time in to arguably the worst comic book movie villain of all time. Seriously, Julian McMahon's Victor Von Doom was appalling and soiled Doctor Doom's legacy in a truly shameful way. Victor Von Doom should be imposing, intimidating, formidable, versed in physical combat, technological excellence and the mystic arts and should have a bellowing voice that makes people tremble. His powers should also have nothing to do with the same cosmic exposure that granted the Fantastic Four their abilities. Essentially, don't make the new Doom ANYTHING like the last feeble attempt. Literally EVERYTHING about it was wrong.
