I have a feeling this might be our last update on
Sin City 2 for a while.
Frank Miller has responded to the comments that were posted
yesterday from Michael Madsen who said he doubted the film would ever happen. From
Rotten Tomatoes...
"Sin City 2 is still likely to happen," says Miller, "just not right away. The script is written and Robert and I are raring to go, but it looks like I'm going to be doing The Spirit first and Robert's going to be doing Barbarella first."
No need to panic then guys. Miller & Rodriguez will finish off their projects and then get right to work on Sin City 2. Hopefully. This delay might turn out as being a positive one for all of us hoping that
Angelina Jolie will star in the movie because her slate is full right now and with news of her wanting to take a break from acting for a while, a late 2007 or early 2008 production start might suit her better. source -
